This app is part of my latest album release: Owls. It is nothing more than a stroboscope that I’ve set to the right settings for it to work with the phenakistascopes that come with the vinyl package. It needs permission to access the flashlight on your phone but other than that no data is collected, monitored or used. Because it is legally required, I also have an official privacy policy below that also takes into account when you visit my website, but I wanted to take this first paragraph to explain to you in my own words.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.someoneswebsite.com (the “Site”).

When you download the “Someone’s Stroboscope App” we do not automatically collect ANY data. Data is only collected when you visit the site - which is automatic as you have to connect to my store in order to buy something (ie. send your shipping details).

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information and email address. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

We do NOT use the Device Information that we collect.
